Fully disassemble machine.
Inspect frame to assure structural integrity.
Sandblast frame to remove original powder coat and any imperfections in frame.
Re-powder coat frame.
Replace brushing, bearings, replace drive belt.
Replace HR grips.
Bench test electronics, displays, control boards, etc.
Adjust/Replace cross ramps (Precor units)
Test machine for any conflicts: Keypad, Display, Control Board, Motor, Alternator.
Visual Inspection by Certified Technician
Prepare and package the unit for delivery.
