I have a fold away treadmill.

The treadmill has incline, heart monitor, and calorie count, and goes at a fast speed.

It does have a little issue, the belts sticks a little but you can still walk, jog and run on it which causes the motor over heats from the belt sticking after 40-60 mins .

Still works great for 40-60 min then needs a lil break. So it gives you a good workout.
