Requirements:
- At least two years experience in building property management.
- Minimum Education – High School Degree.
- Knowledge of Davis-Sterling Act helpful but not required.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish & English).
- References from prior employers
- Valid California Driver’s license and auto insurance
- This employee will serve as a liaison between the Homeowners, Board, and
Off Site Property Management Company
This employee must possess strong skills in the following:
- Interpersonal communications

- Homeowner relations
- Problem solving
- Customer service
- Organizational skills
-Communication skills both written and verbal
- Vendor negotiations
- Prolific computer skills required, Microsoft Office, Excel, Excel Spread Sheet, Word, Outlook
- Basic knowledge of construction and building maintenance
- Strong sense of initiative with a “Proactive" attitude, follow through and the ability to multi-task numerous projects at once.
You will also be required to:
- Maintain homeowner and unit files
- Enforce community rules and regulations
- Maintain and update a daily property community calendar of all on going projects.
- Provide a written comprehensive weekly update of all projects and communications.

1 Credit, criminal, drug and DMV background checks will be conducted on all potential Candidates for this position.
2 Location: Hollywood Area 100 unit Condominium
3 Compensation: $15.00 to $18.00 per Hour
4 Health insurance is not provided
5 Monday thru Friday 25-30 hours a week
