We are currently seeking; Portfolio Manager
Responsibilities include:
Oversight of 12 to 15 assets
Must have strong proficiency with Excel, Word & Yardi.
Knowledge of Fair Housing & Rent Control Regulations
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Highly organized, self starter, able to meet deadlines.
Well versed in all areas of financial management including, budgeting, income & expense oversight and variance reporting
Strong leasing and marketing background
Eye for detail
