We are a small Business Management firm in West LA in need of an experienced Account Manager who can handle all aspects of a desk without the aid of an assistant. We specialize in the entertainment industry so experience in this area is essential. Job duties will include but are not limited to:
Daily interaction with clients and their staff, troubleshooting and solving issues
Vendor resolutions
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Credit Card reconciliation
Bank reconciliation
Payroll for clients and staff
Ledger review and cleanup
1099 and W-2 preparation
