G&K Management is seeking an Office Assistant for their 192 unit apartment community located in Los Angeles. The apartment Office Assistant performs tenant relations, collecting rent and processing applications. Will also assist with answering calls and assist callers. Will research and plan activities and events and organize arts-and crafts projects for the children residing at the property.

Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills: oral and written
* Computer Literate
* Service - oriented approach
* Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize
* Demonstrate ability to develop and implement activities for young people
