This is for a full time bi-lingual (Mandarin Chinese/English), female live in (must be female as you may have accomodate a female roommate when traveling with us out of town&/or the occasional overnight female guest)*, house-keeper/personal-assistant, who is preferably interested in going to Santa Monica City college part/half-time; for a professional couple in Santa Monica.

Yes you really do need to be bi-lingual. We both have businesses that require excellent communication skills in both Mandarin & English.
Yes you really do need to be a live-in and no you can't bring your friends/pets to live with you.
Yes you really do need to do all of the usual cooking, cleaning, erand running and help with entertaining.
Yes we would really like to find someone who wants to go to Santa Monica City College part/half time. We figure we can set up a flexible enough schedule that would allow someone to go to school half time and work for us full time. If you go year round you should be able to accomlish a 2 year degree in about 3 years. It should be a win-win. You get an education without sudent loans and we get an up and coming go getter with some computer skills who will most likely be around for a while. We can talk about a transfer school after you complete your SMCC education.
You will have some set housekeeping tasks, (cooking, cleaning, etc.), but you will also have a lot of on call, on the fly personal assitant assignments so you will need to be flexible. On call time should be the perfect time to study.
You can be fresh out of high school or just looking to get a restart in life but you must have excellent communication skills in Mandarin & English.

* The most likely place you will be expected to "bunk" with a female roommate is at out second ski residence in Mammoth. You can expect to have to come up to Mammoth to help out with entertaining during the winter and yes you will have time to ski. Your room would be over the garage with it's own bath.
