Receptionist/Shipping Temp Position (Valencia, CA)

We are looking for a qualified candidate to do general receptionist tasks, including answering phones, and managing the front desk, including shipping. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced atmosphere and multi-tasking. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, hard working, and intelligent. This position is Temporally 3-4 months.




Looking for Required skills:


• Minimum two years administrative experience.


• Excellent typing and intermediate computer skills


• Excellent organizational and research skills


• Proficient in using the internet


• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.


• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimum direction/supervision; as well as work independently
