Onsite manager position available at a 30-unit property in Thousand Oaks. Must be able to move into a 2 bedroom apartment. Must have Yardi Voyager 6.0 knowledge. Management teams - ok.
Manager will collect rent payments, lease apartments, clean the building, manage maintenance tech and vendors for repairs in occupied apartments and vacancy turns. Candidate will have at least 2 years prior experience, be computer savvy, have knowledge of fair housing laws, provide good service to the residents, and have make good judgment calls.
