1) Email management
- Read and respond to a majority of emails
- Highlight the emails that require my attention
2) Pre and post Event support
I attend numerous conferences and also speak at several per year. My Personal assistant would need to:
- Set up meetings at events
- Correspond with events managers about my participation in events
- Enter business cards from events into Zoho CRM system or Gmail contact
- Find and write LinkedIn invitations to people I met at the event
- Send follow-up nice to meet you at the conference memo
3) Manage my calendar
Schedule my meetings, make reservations with opentable etc
4) Schedule my travel
These are the main tasks. Other tasks may include scanning documents, ooking for news articles on the web
What will be provided:
I expect the Personal assistant to use their own Internet and telephone connections for communications. I expect limited phone work but a great deal of email. I can speak with the VA over the telephone, Skype or other IM.
Specific expertise/background that I am seeking:
I require someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must also be proficient with computers.
Timeframes and hours:
Beginning in the middle of January 2010. I expect between 5-10 hours per week. Depending on the number of tasks required and the time of year. I'm not sure if it will grown beyond 10 but it could.
