CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for processing orders for DME, Oxygen and Sleep Disorder products. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm.
Only candidates with Home Medical Equipment industry experience need apply.
Must have experience and knowledge with the various aspects of Customer Service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well organized and excellent follow-through skills.
Detail oriented A MUST.
Research and problem solving capabilities.
Computer skills -- Must be familiar with Word, Excel, and Internet.
Ability to read and interpret documents.
Ability to speak clearly and effectively.
Mathematical skills required.
Must be able to manage rapid change and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with the company�s referral sources.
Able to handle large work loads.
Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
