Job summary: Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all our customers upholding the VHA way.





Job Duties & Responsibilities:




• Handles customers correspondence, complaints, and inquiries


• Make outbound calls


• Process orders


• Look up Act and input notes


• Keep up to date with inventory status


• Maintains vast knowledge of client’s business, competition, and latest trends


• Responsible for coordinating orders for customers and for the timely shipment of products according to customer and company policies and procedures


• Ability to be persuasive with customers, keeping “customer satisfaction “ as a guiding factor


• Performs other similar or related duties as necessary


• Maintain regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information and / or to rectify customer complaints


• Assists other departments as needed


• Keeps management informed of any significant information pertaining to customers satisfaction


• Attends and participates in meetings as required


• These duties are not exclusive and with consideration of the job requirements and employees skills, this job description can be added to or taken away from at the discretion of the employee’s immediate supervisor.




Job Skills and Requirements:




• Oral communication skills


• Excellent verbal/written skills


• Customer relations


• Customer service


Korean speaker prefered


• Maintains good relationship with customers


• Open, pleasant and friendly personality


• Well organized


• Able to type 30 net words per minute


• High school graduate or equivalent
