If you live in any of those zip codes you may simply show up for testing at the following site:

(park in the lot, enter through the rear gate and follow the signs)
Tests are held every-
Tuesday @ 10:00AM
Thursday @ 12:00PM
Friday @ 3:30PM
Saturday @ 2:00PM
***Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early and bring either a valid US Passport OR a valid Driver's License and a Social Security card***
