Boutique law firm seeks an immigration attorney or recent grad and successful bar applicant with immigration experience that works well in high pressure, deadline driven environments. We need someone who is intelligent, personable with excellent oral and written communication skills. To be considered you must have prior experience appearing before immigration court, and work with non-immigrant visas (E, H, L, O, R, P) as well as EB-1 petitions. Experience in preparing PERM and family-based petitions as well as civil litigation are a plus.
Spanish preferred but not required.
Part-time to start with the possibility of full-time.
