Looking for someone for FULL-TIME staff for relatively small optometry office, in West LA. Must be highly motivated to learn (especially in the optometry field) and have attention to detail. Must be comfortable with multitasking, have superior verbal communication and listening skills, and enjoy working with people. Must also be a team player. The position will start as Part-time and can be expanded to Full-time for the right person. Job is Tuesday � Saturday.
Required Criteria:
- MUST HAVE 3+ Years Experience with VSP/Eyefinity & EyeMed BILLING

- Frame/Lens Sale Experience a MUST
- Superior Verbal communication and listening skills
- Punctual, Dependable, Hard-working, GREAT customer service.
Very relaxed office enviroment. Easy going Doctor. Wonderful patients.
Optician license is not required. But basics with repairs and adjuments of frames a MUST.
Monday - Friday. NO WEEKENDS. Evening hours (till 6pm) on one weekday, Wed or Thurs.
Includes 10-15 PAID holidays OFF a year.
This is a long term position. We are looking for someone to aim to be Office Manager in the future. To be able to create revenue for the doctor and not just checkin and checkout.
PAY: Includes incentive bonus based on a percentage of revenue monthly.
Great location in West Los Angeles.
Not a retail office. This is a doctor's office with a dispensary.
