We are currently seeking, energetic, cheerful, positive, and experienced candidates to handle all receptionist responsibilities and join our dynamic LA team!
Primary Responsibilities:
Answering/forwarding calls in a professional, friendly manner
Paging on company intercom system
Greet visitors/job applicants and follow sign in/sign out procedures
Provide accurate information to all incoming callers
Arrange for transportation services when needed
Maintain receptionist area clean and well organized
Provide hotel/restaurant phone numbers when requested
Follows Safety Procedures
Provide clerical assistance as requested
Secondary Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to President/CEO
Provide training for back-up receptionists
Assist other Departments as needed
Skills/Experience:
Must possess a clear and pleasant voice
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
1-2 years experience as a receptionist
Education:
A.A. degree preferred
