The Owner needs to focus her time and energy on designing new styles and building client relationships so she needs this person to handle all the administrative tasks of the office.
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for receiving, managing and shipping daily orders from eBay customers.
Answer questions about items being sold on the phone and over email.
Update inventory daily.
Prepares packages for shipping.
Negotiates on the owners behalf.
Take pictures, measurements and write thorough, accurate descriptions on products.
Be familiar and knowledgeable with up to date/current brand names and products.
Make a daily drop to post office.
Maintain the office and order shipping/office supplies
Be available as needed for Owners administrative support.
Other administrative tasks as needed.
Requisites:
Great customer service and communication skills.
Proactive resourceful problem solver.
Experience selling on eBay or similar e-commerce site.
2+ years working in an administrative capacity.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work a camera, fax, and Computer.
Functional knowledge of MS Office, Excel and web email applications.
OK with working out of Owners home.
Track record of punctuality.
Ability to work between the hours of 10 am & 5 pm.
