POSITION SUMMARY
Corporate Associate Manager (CAM) needed for a Health Care Benefits Company.
The CAM is responsible for growing sales within an assigned district as well as establishing a nationwide sales program.
High Energy, strong work ethic, a passion for sales and results oriented are essential. Strong consultative skills, with an emphasis on the ability to influence decisions and connect our solutions and products to clients needs are a requirement.
The CAM must have the ability to interact with all levels of the corporate prospects organization and be proficient in building relationships.
This is a salaried + commissioned sales position which operates out of the Sallus Corporate Headquarters office located in downtown Long Beach. The position will involve travel, and requires the ability to give sales presentations to individuals and groups on an on-going basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Achieving territory specific sales goals and results
Partnering and building relationships with Territory Managers (TMs)
Maintaining open lines of communication with (Territory Managers)TMs and District Managers (DMs) ensuring that everyone is well informed.
Generating new business by prospecting new accounts (lead generation, cold calling, and networking in the community), proactively identifying potential sales opportunities.
Using District, Territory and market knowledge to develop effective strategies and business/action plans to reach sales objectives.
Key Skills and Behaviors
Minimum 3 years experience selling in a B to B sales environment
Background in outbound prospecting and direct sales - both phone and in person sales calls.
Consistent achievement of exceeding sales targets. Strong track record of business development with new clients.
A self starter who takes initiative. Seeks opportunities to succeed and is very goal oriented
Organized, plans for the future and is proactive.
Responsive to unanticipated circumstances and can quickly shift priorities. Ability to develop relationships and work well with clients and partners.
Needs to be a team player in order to ensure the corporate client's positive experience.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate information to clients. Good listener; prevents misunderstandings and resolves problems.
Strong time management skills.
Uses technology to track and identify sales leads.
