general office support to our Controller managing operations and workflow.
As a technical Services Support Assistant you will be given and opportunity to learn about our clients and our internal systems by supporting
our Technical Staff of Network Field Engineers, Help Desk Engineers, Programmer and Management from our Glendale Office.
You will have an opportunity to grow technically and potentially into a position providing Help Desk Support and Field Service or
into an Assistant Management position running operations.
In addition to a B.S. or B.A. Degree, which is required, please indicate in your cover letter if you have
any experience with the following. 'Not required' but a plus:
Internet and Email - MS Exchange --MS Office Applications --
Symantec AV ---Router Configuration -- TCP/IP Networking --
Troubleshooting --Veritas Backup --VPNs and firewalls -- Windows 2000/2003/2008
Server Administration --Windows OS: XP, Vista, Windows 7 , DNS, DHCP
