Managing the national service network for Diamond Power Systems. Call center management. Data Analysis. Product R and D. Engineering Feedback.
Traveling installation and training specialist for an APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) marketing and distribution company. When not traveling, candidate will provide technical and troubleshooting support for customers over the phone calls as well as administrative duties.
Mechanical Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Diesel Truck Technician
Trade School degree/ASE certification a plus:
- Truck Equipment Installation and Repair (E1)
- Electrical/Electronic Systems Installation and Repair (E2)
- Auxiliary Power Systems Installation and Repair (E3)
Computer Skills:
Computer Literate/Savvy
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook
Type 45 wpm
Other Skills:
College degree in business administration, engineering preferred
Ability to work individually and as a Team player
Customer Service/Breakdown Diagnostics over the phone
Ability to Travel frequently thru out the country

$40,000 Salary
