On the day of my move I waited patiently at home with all of my stuff packed and ready to go. After confirming multiple times the day before by phone and by email I expected them to show up on time, or at least show up. After 1 hour of calling them and leaving messages with no answer I finally got this cowardly email response from them.

Imagine that - they never showed up at all, they never called me to say there was a problem, and after an hour of calling them all I get is an email saying sorry. This kind of behavior is disgusting, and I will not rest until everyone in LA knows what they did to me, and how poorly they treated me. Luckily I found emergency movers to move me the next day on New Years Eve. Please use Iconic Movers. They were the best!
Mark and David - if you are reading this please know that I will not tire in reposting this every week. I hope that after reading this you will lose business, not be able to make your rent payment, and have to move to some crappy apartment (assuming you already don't live in a crappy apartment) I will be sure to be there to help you move. Just call me and I will surely confirm with you that I will show up and help you move!
