My massage practice flows through a complete body routine encompasing all major muscle groups with focused special attention given to any problem areas you may have.
I have enjoyed giving massage for the past two years and continue to study the craft of working with the body, mind and soul to give my clients the best massage experience I can.
I have a passion for helping others maintain their health and perform at their best. Full-Body Combination Shiatsu/Swedish: designed to help move blood and lymph through your system promoting health and strengthening immunity.
Deep Tissue: deep soothing strokes to break up adhesions and knotting.
Reflexology: specific work on the feet under the theory that all areas of the body are represented there.
Sports Massage: targeting areas that are sore due to sitting at a computer or lifting at the gym (and everything in between).

Many of you are stressed of every day life, from work, family, relationship, employment, daily car traffic. Set in a tropical atmosphere, the sounds of waterfalls, candlelight, I will take you through a series of touch compression, to relax your body, mind and spirit, next will be the massage that you desire, I normally suggest the swedesh/sports/deep tissue with the effleurage/friction movement, this will not only stimulate your blood, oxygen flow but also will relax your stress & muscle tension.
Deep tissue & reflexology are pressure point through your body, I studied the art of reflexology (Massage of the feet and hands) oil massage with aromatherapy, to relax the mind, my goal is to provide correct touch to erase that stress.
