I have a really cool situation for the right FEMALE. I Moved out here for school but unfortuantly my dad's illness has turned for the worse and cant help pay my rent anymore so im moving home to be with the fam. I moved into the Orsini (to die for saught after brand new apartments) downtown/echo park a few months ago and im sad to let it go but i need someone to cover my lease!
Your potential roommate : fun beautiful smart USC grad, works as an accountant at deloitte(a few blocks away). she is seriusly so caring and fun but at the same time sooo not in your space! she has a boyfriend who lives up north so no new guys in and out of the apt..i know it gets annoying having THAT roommate sometimes. she is gone pretty much a lot of the week and does promo on the weekends..ie coke zero absolute vodka etc. shes clean fun and everything you really would want in a roommate and im sad that i have to leave her.
like i stated earlier we live in the orsini..rent is usually 2200 for a two bedroom..no lie look it up on craigslist what people are renting their rooms for..so instead of a 1100 to live in this CRAZY INSANE furnished apartment...youd be payng 835 a month including a GATED parking space..yup we got a great deal on the place! you get your OWN master bedroom and bath! apartment is beautifully furnished as well :)
FREE tanning beds..two gyms..two spas..free tickets to sporting events..full size basketball court.
