Super nice couple with very loveable, well trained dog and cat have a 4 bedroom, wonderful townhome that is over 2000 sq. ft. Our home is filled with love, laughter and positive energy. We always respect privacy, but you are welcome to share and socialize anytime you like. You will have full priviledges. Rent includes premium cable.
Location is beautiful, originally owned by Roy Rogers. Safe and close to everything. including 118 Freeway, bus lines, Metrolink and CSUN. We are surrounded by parks and mountains (wonderful hiking). 4 pools- One is heated all year long. We are West of Topanga on a quiet culdesac and there are security patrols if you enjoy walking at late hours.There is a washer and dryer in the unit. We are West of Topanga, on a quiet culdesac, We also have a Baby Grand Piano if you enjoy playing. We love music, so you have to put up with my singing. (lol) Yes- we even do Karaoke. (Maybe I should say I'm sorry.)
