I am seeking to move from Northern CA to Southern CA on/about October 1st or 15th and prefer Playa del Rey, Westchester, El Segundo, Culver City, West L.A., Pico/Robertson, Torrance areas though am open. I've two neutered well-behaved tabby indoor-only cats and good credit and references. I've my own furniture, thus need unfurnished housing.
Please let me know if you have a one or two bedroom or know of a building that could have something available in a month that is somewhat affordable, I will be in L.A. the first week of September to search. Ideally I would like a duplex or small building, the complex up here has near 150 units and I'm desiring something much smaller, ideally a building with 8 units or so or a duplex though am open. This is for an available clean apartment, not for a share situation, I am a female, responsible.
