Ski Lease Rates: $3,000.00 per month plus utilities. I will split the cost of snow plow, telephone, internet and cable with you.
• Regular Rates:
o Weekend (Fri-Sat) $300
o Weekday (Sun-Thu) $200
o Two nights minimum required for regular rental
o Security deposit $750
o Cleaning fee $125 for standard cleaning
o Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal; $50 Processing Fee Applies
• 12:00 noon check out on day of departure
• No Pets Allowed
